Stu is what the Chinese would call a very filial son. Call it what you like. He takes care of his parents very well. Lovely! Frankly, such kind of family interactions among grown members of the family is hardly seen in the West (especially for AngloSaxons), and it is just so normal, and it is not just a simple generalization. Not all families are so harmonious all the time, but filial piety is highly upheld as a core Confucian virtue. The word "filial" does not seem to exist in the English vocabulary. Stu gives food to his parents. Lovely! It's so heartwarming to see all this in the video. ❤❤❤

Hong Kong styled hotpot is really yummy. The crispy tofu roll would be much delicious after dipping in the soup for 3-5 seconds… after absorbing the taste of soup where it still remains its cruchness

Stuart's Bruce Lee shirt is so cool~ The fried--ghost youtiao dish looked so good and sounded so crispy! It's so funny that they mention rabbits when eating the Emperor's vegetables! I forget which Harry Potter book it was, but I've been calling vegetables, "rabbit food", like Dudley's father, thinking that's how proper, British people refer to all greens lol~

As a honkonger, I would put the deep fried beancurd roll in the soup for about 5 seconds, it will be absorbed the soup of hot pot .

You can let your dad know it's ok to use the spoon together with the chopsticks. Like use the chopstick to roll the food into the spoon and then eat it from there. It's much easier than trying to pick up slippery food with just the chopsticks. Also it's A-OK to poke the food with a chopstick :P

Start to know your KZfaq from you bring your father n mother to see the panda. Such a warm and nice visit. Then, start to follow your channel. Very good ! Asian used to bring their parents to trip but seldom see Western people doing it. It’s great your parents also look like enjoy it. Lots of Western people never leave their homeland and just imagine what is the other side of the world. Lots of elder people don’t want to try new things but your parents very brave and open to see and try. 👍👍

港式火鍋也有辣的選擇，通常用小碗加入醬油和辣椒粒沾食材吃，選沙爹湯底也可加辣，冬瓜要煮得比較久才軟而入味。

We used to eat Winter Melon after it's been boiled for a longer time, enable it to absolve the flavor of all other boiled food and soften as the Melon has a tougher feature. Wish you all enjoy your trip in Hong Kong
