When it comes to booking a trip to Breckenridge Ski resort, there’s a lot things to take into consideration and a lot of things I had to research on my own, prior to traveling to Breckenridge Colorado. The purpose in this video is to condense all those things I had to research into one place where you can find all the information you need and all the tips
I can offer to someone looking into going skiiing or snowboarding in Breckenridge. Breckenridge resort is beautiful and massive so hopefully you’ll find this video helpful in planning your travel plans. From find how to get to breckenridge and the cheapest way to get to there, to booking your plans in Breckinridge once you’re there. I tried to touch on everything I had to research or anything I’d wished I’d known before my trip to Breckenridge. If you have any other questions please ask! I’m sure I can help or at least point you in the right direction. I loved snowboarding at Breckenridge and I can not wait to go back.

@BoardsBikesAndHikes
@BoardsBikesAndHikes 2 жыл бұрын
Thats all is dependent on your budget. We stayed at the Double Eagle and were really happy with it. It was on the more budget friendly side but still very nice, and a ski in Ski out hotel. It was less than a block away from the lift, you’d take the 4 o clock run down at the end of the day and ride right down to the room. Then it was just a short 2 minute walk from downtown. I’ve found all the better prices to be on Air Bnb and VRBO. I’d definitely stay Ski in ski out of you can, and off of peak 8 or nearby so you’re close to downtown. We brought all of our own equipment but they have a ton of rental options out there. Right on the mountain, as well as a lot of the shops downtown.

@@BoardsBikesAndHikes rock on! I take the family out for the past 6 years now - great town.. you are spot on the altitude is brutal - try Blue River Bistro our family favorite what I would call fine dining. And you have to try Mountain Cookies :-) Little tip as well weekends get crazy busy - I'll do a mountain guide not overly expensive and you get paired up with a couple other skiers (max group of 4) and an 'instructor'. They know what runs are the best so they guide you around and you bypass all the lift lines - for busy days I break down and do it ..

@@KenpInmd that’s awesome! Now that I know it’s relatively easy and inexpensive to get too for me I definitely expect to be going more often. I can get a direct flight out there for a pretty reasonable price. Ya it definitely bothered the rest of the people I was with quite a bit anytime we hit stairs. I only really felt the altitude that first day. I’ll have to look up the menu and try it next time! Is that your all’s favorite spot? Nice! That would be worth it to get around lines, even if it was expensive. I’d seen photos of it on the weekend and that’s why we specifically booked our trip to ski/board during the week.

@@Custom_Stryfe_Main no problem! When are you headed out there? Hopefully you get some really great conditions while you were there. Once you go west, everything is going to change.😂 it’s so good out there. Honestly, I think the moguls out there are easier to ride than the ones here on the East Coast. @@Custom_Stryfe_Main ooo nice! They’ve got really good snow from what I’ve seen! So every time I’ve been peak 6 and imperial we’re closed so as much as I wanted to ride them I never got to 😭 On peak 9 upper Lehman was really run. It’s all the way on the far side close to peak 10. It had a lot of natural jumps and stuff on it that were fun to play on and never had much of a crowd at all anywhere on peak 9 for that matter. Then on peak 7 I really liked ore bucket to Monte Crisco. Peak 7 was my favorite when we went, just because with the conditions it was the most fun to ride. A lot of really fun not as steep runs to dip in and out of the trees, cool natural features and again lower crowds. Peak 8 has some fun stuff but always seemed to have the longest lines
