I stayed in Bogota for one year from 2019 to 2020. It was so difficult for me coming from Africa (Kenia). I wish i knew this channel. Good job.

Idk why but its funny to me when you speak so clear and slow. I just know how Colombians tend to speak really fast :)

True! 🤣 especially me, I'm costeña. So with my friends I speak really fast and half of the speech is slang :P

@@LingoMasterySpanish While you have spoken faster that what most beginners can follow, you honestly haven't spoken all that fast in your videos. I would love to see a video with you and one or more of your friends speaking normally. It's always good to hear what a natural conversation between native speakers sound like, in terms of speed and content. And the conversations get more lively, faster and slangy when a good amount of alcohol and chisme are involved jejejeje

When I was in Medellín I heard "traer" in restaurants and naturally assumed it meant food "to go".

No! You definitely need to learn some Spanish.. otherwise it will be a struggle to go around.

Excelente video, como siempre. Pero te cuento que nunca he visto ningúna farmarcia en Colombia, solo droguerías jajaja. Otras palabras muy común: una agüita = un agua, que pena (contigo) = lo siento, perdón

@@LingoMasterySpanish Jeje Mi primer viaje a Colombia era en el 2014. Desde entonces he viajado a Colombia dos veces al año. Conozco Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Popoyán, Santa Marta, Cartegena, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga y Cúcuta. Soy adicto a Colombia 😁. Mi meta es mudarme allí en cuanto pueda.
