Kaya malamig closer sa Asian mainland ang Hanoi North Vietnam.. winter without snow. The area looks clean,orderly, quiet,no stray animals and people disciplined. Health is wealth..so monitor your BP, uric acid, Na, cholesterol,ldl& hdl levels. Exercise and diet. The lake looks serene and calm.

While the central and southern regions of Vietnam do not have a distinct winter season, the northern region does, with temperatures occasionally dropping as low as 10°C (50°F). Despite the low temperatures, snowfall is extremely rare in Vietnam in winter, limited to high elevations like the Fansipan Mountain in Sapa. ahahaa yan ni google ko hahahha so if pupunta ka doon sa sinasabi mong SAPA eh malamig din doon. Nakakatuwa nag level ka po hahahha may tripod na :)

Đúng vậy. Và nhiệt độ ở Hà Nội 10°c thì các khu vực miền núi phía bắc sẽ rơi vào 0°(thường sẽ chênh nhau~10 độ). Và Sapa có Đỉnh Fansipan sẽ là nơi thấp nhất có thể là -1°c -2°c nên nó sẽ có tuyết (khá hiếm tuyết, và tuyết cũng không kéo dài quá lâu)

As may gout din idol, bawal sa atin juices regardless kung powdered or fresh sya. Pwede naman mga red meat pero in moderation. Pwede din beans sa atin as per advised ni doctor. Bawal laman loob, isaw etc. Hehehe

Same tayo. Diagnosed ako gouty arthritis 29 years old pa ako nun. 60kg pa ako nun height ko 5’7 so okay yung BMI ko. Sabi ni doc. Possibly sa genes daw din yan.

ang Gout, hindi yan talaga gumagaling. You need to be in a strict diet talaga para hindi siya mag form ng crystals sa joints mo. Once you're a Uric former, you will always be a Uric former. Maintenance ng meds if di maiwasan yung mga bawal na food. Ingat as always.

Cherry juice or tablets also help keeping the symptoms away of gout (as well as drink red meat blah blah blah) - my husband suffers from gout and eating brown rice and brown bread helped him but unfortunately gout never goes away.
