When petrol prices increases government increases the prices but when petrol price decreases in international market the government doesn't bother to decrease the prices After American sanction on Russia the indian government brought diesel on discounted prices and refined and process by private companies in india and sell to the America.

Oman police doesn't allow cars without 4*4 to go to Jebel Akhdar mountain and they have a limit of 6-7 persons (if I remember correctly) in one vehicle to the mountain.
