So happy to watch my city in your vlogs. If you’re a foodie, I’ll suggest you a few places to eat in downtown. 4 places you must go to eat: 1. Antep Kabab- serving Turkish cuisine at 1626 Maisonneuve blvd W. Try their chicken sandwich. The buns are freshly cooked all day and costs about $7. 2. Boustan- Lebanese cuisine at 2020 Crescent street. Try their chicken platter. This is walking distance from the first one. Around $10. 3. La Carreta- serving El salvadorian cuisine at 350 Rue Saint- Zotique- try their bean and cheese papusas along with tamarind water. Around $2.50 per papusa. 4. St. Viateur bagels- world famous freshly baked bagels. They have various locations but visit the one at 1127 Mont Royal Ave E since this is a bakery and cafe. Try their simple sesame seed bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. It’s out of this world. The other locations are open 24/7 and you can buy freshly baked bagels and toast them in a toaster at home and apply your choice of cream cheese. You’ll never eat any other bagel again. They are simply the best. My mouth is watering thinking about all this yummy food. Montreal is such a diverse and multi cultural city like no other in Canada and offers the best and most authentic cuisines from around the world. Do share your experience if you happen to visit these restaurants.
