When it is time for the client to make the next payment in that schedule, how will the client get that invoice so that the paid vs unpaid is still tracked?

You can manually send the invoice or have the system to automatically send it and you have to manually mark it as paid

I am new and hoping to book my first trip this week. How does the payment authorization work? When the client puts their card information in does their info get sent to us and then we make the payment for them?
