Coming from a modest background and a humble environment, she broke all the stereotypes to
pursue her true passion. She asks a very rhetorical question that is are you really living or just
surviving? She ends with an important message to ponder upon: It’s okay to mess up and live a
little. She emphasizes on having a simple life, yet that is inspiring each day, no matter what others
think or say. Be your own kind of “normal”.
Miss Nath is a travel blogger, and is known for her award winning travel blog called 'The Shooting Star'. In 2014 she was awarded 'India's Best Young Social Media Professional' at the CMO Asia Awards. She has also featured in the Femina's '35 Under 35' power list of Indian women. As a freelance travel writer, her stories have been published by organizations such as BBC Travel, Lonely Planet India, Nat Geo Traveller India, The Huffington Post, The Hindu and many more.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at ted.com/tedx

It was really a fantastic speech. The main thing I liked is saying that ''we have to live our lives with exploring whatever we are passionate about" rather than not just because we have to live. Inspiring video...👌👌 Wish you all success.👍 Thank you.

You started off with the familiar line I have in my head. Because I read those lines many times over. That presentation was fantastic. Though, I missed those fantastic photographs. Other TED talk videos normally show those original photographs in the whole screen. people would have loved that. Good going. Keep inspiring!

She’s young, her parents might not be ripe old, probably still working or just retired. When you’re financially well off, you can take care of your parents needs. She seems on a good track. We all head ‘darr ke aage jeeth hai’ , there isn’t anything she needs to fear about.

I couldn‘t agree more:) I travel a lot myself and spending time and money on beautiful experiences is absolutely worth it. But for those who travel isn‘t something for them: IT‘S OK:) If you love 9-5 go for it! Maybe you‘re passionate about other things! I‘m all about travel! Maybe you aren‘t:) nothing wrong with that

Firsr travel to countries where female solo travel is considered normal, such as South Korea and Singapore, followed by countries in Europe (if your budget suits you). Solo travel in India is a big risky deal, although group travel is safer. You should also get a travel buddy if you want to travel solo in India. There are several apps for solo travellers who want to find a fellow solo traveller as a travel buddy. Wish you all the best. Happy travelling.

i am giving u a situation..suppose u have old ageing parents and u have to look after them .. and financially and physically now whats ur take to this life and travel the way u do spending year after yr out of ur house ? so does this idea of "not living a proper life" suits that situation?
@viralprmr
@viralprmr 5 жыл бұрын
The way she's living is one way of proper life. She definitely won't & hasn't been the only one who's parents are ageing. Children live away from their parents in other cities or countries as well. Parents can be made to settle down initially & get them habituated to live a life without her & then one can move away.
