There are options; yes, it is a small city and therefore, options are limited as compared to a bigger city. I have personally not faced any issues in this regard.

I suggest you take cab instead fair starts for 90-95 or if you are with less luggage opt for X90 xplore dundee bus .. you get it from outside Airport or train

Hi, you can take it from the domestic airport. Then there will be luggage issues.

NO it will be fine , but usually , flights will be via London or other place
