Yes, we went to Paris to eat Filipino food and honestly, you should too. Our first meal in Paris was spent at Reyna, a modern Filipino restaurant serving inventive twists on Filipino classics.
This restaurant is the brainchild of Chef Erica Paredes and has quickly grown a cult following in Paris. Expect dishes like Patis Caramel Wings, a giant crispy pig head, a twist on your classic brazo de mercedes, and more!

In south Greece(kalamata),people also eat the crispy ulo and they call it gourounokefalo.Sometimes it is crazy how many countries share the same dishes.Amazing video.I can't wait for more videos .

That's amazing! We had a similar experience when we went to Athens and had a veal dish called Kokkinitsto (I think that's what it's called) and it was served with fries and it was very similar to a Filipino tomato base stew we have called Mechado which we also eat with fries! Love how we can share such similar dishes across the globe. Thanks for watching!! 🙏🙏🙏

I have just moved back to Melbourne after ten years in dubai and my phinoy wife will be Here as soon as her visa arrives and I was wondering if you know any restaurants in Melbourne doing this modern phinoy food?

We haven't had FIlipino food in Melbourne ourselves but heard of this modern FIlipino place called Serai that's meant to be really good! Kariton Sorbetes also do Filipino-style ice cream 😊
