It is not clear in which district of Meghalaya this Bodo village(Noya basti) located.Bodo villages are found in West GaroHills district of Meghalya near Assam border.

They just speak like us with Little touch of Goalpara accent and I'm from Bhergaon udalguri 😀.the sad part is that we often get offended just because we don't know bodo properly . Lemme tell you the vast areas of tangla bhergaon people forgot bodo language may be it's a consequence of the dirty govt policies . In the days of 60-70s our localities didn't get admission into colleges until they changed their surname. Means it was anti bodo agenda everywhere and I think we are the result of this turmoil past . Overall we are the Bodos and hail to the greater Bodoland
