The best buffet I ever ate in Las Vegas was the Polynesian Authentic Buffet on the first grand opening night of The Palms many years ago.

Team flats!! 😁 Also if people were looking for lobster it’s on Wednesday nights only and I believe it’s $65. I used to love lobster nights at San Manuel (in CA) I can see why the new palms brought it over here! Yassss! Must try! Thanks again for another review Ruby!

Hi Ruby if you ever looked at the raw fish under the microscope all tiny worms embedded in the meat .. I love fish but well cooked to temps.

I'm team "drumstick" on the wings. :) The buffet look fantastic; I totally trust your review because you clearly know what you're talking about and give some nuanced descriptions. The price point looks really good, too, for a Vegas buffet these days! I'd definitely give the Palms a look for a future visit! Greta vlog as usual!

As much as I appreciate your thorough review here, it's added to helping me realize I'm not a buffet guy anymore. Lots of interesting options there, but I feel that having one excellent main, a few sides, a few sprcialty cocktails, and a decadent dessert is my preference. Would love recommendations for fine dining at Palms if you have any? 🥂

Scotch 80 prime is the fine dining restaurant but i havent been. HIGHLY recommend Mabels Bbq i show it in our new Palms review!

Went on a Wednesday seafood night. Opens at 4:00pm till 9:00pm. Got there at 4:17pm today (5/11/22) and the line was already like a black Friday at best buy back in the early 2000s. Expect to wait 2-3 hrs just to consume food. If you are desperate to wait that long because it's only $65 for cheaply prepared lobsters then this is a good opportunity.

Nice to know you don't need a reservation. At Yaamava, you need a reservation for their buffet.

I'm a local and finding good buffets has been a real challenge, but the wife and I tried out A.Y.C.E. at the Palms and were pleasantly surprised. It was great! We loved the decor as it wasn't bright and harsh, as we have found in other buffets. Definitely worth the price. The servers were super attentive. I guess you could say we have found our new go-to buffet. Now, as a recommendation. Have you tried Blueberry Hill Restaurant? There are 3 in Las Vegas and we love the place. Best breakfast in town.

Ruby, WOW!!!!! Thanks so much for sharing..........not the food but the video. lol lol I am very impressed by the selection of food and it's very affordable. Lots to choose from. Lots of Asian stuff. Not many people there too. Your so sweet. Maybe you can do a special Memorial Day video on the buffets and what they are offering for Veterans etc. Keep the videos coming. Excellent review! Thank you, thank you for pointing out the vegan options. I wish more vloggers would take a few seconds to do so, even if just in passing and pointing at the section. This is the ONLY review so far of the AYCE Buffet that will have us driving away from the Wynn to try it out. And we pay up and stay at the Wynn because there's a vegan menu in every restaurant. It's really hard to get up in the morning and have no options other than a dry bagel and a soy latte at Starbucks. Keep up the good work. Much appreciated!

Went there 2 weeks ago, I everything was wonderful no complaints. I loved the Brisket and prime rib. They do however state on your receipt that there is 90 min time limit on dining. I'm not sure how strongly they enforce it though. In any case if your still eating after 90 minutes your are something special

Thanks for putting up this video it was most appreciated, the reason why this buffet is good is because the hotel is operated by a native American tribe and they always do good with serving up good food. I used to visit a lot of Indian casinos in California and was never disappointed with their hotels, food, and service at those establishments to bad I can't say the same about Las Vegas, anyway you should visit the Indian casinos and hotels in California you will not be disappointed by crisscrossing the state and checking those places out and aside from that it would do wonders for your subscriber base and expanding the channel.
