I would love to try it.....the weirder, the tastier, the better......sometimes i like to see innovative tastes besides me liking traditional flavours...... that's what makes eating Terang Bulan (Martabak) an enjoyable thing.....out of many kuih..... btw, I'm Sabahan Malaysian who loves eating and don't mind to try new stuffs...as long as it tastes good and feels good.... ;)

Isso é muito relativo, na maioria dos casos o consumo de alimentos que foram feitos por um profissional utilizando nitrogênio é seguro, isso é muito comum na cozinha molecular. Só se torna um problema quando é preparado por pessoas inexperientes, de fato é perigoso ingerir nitrogênio líquido, mas quando adicionado à receita ele entra em ebulição rápida devido a baixa temperatura

Really a lot of people came here with an expectation of nice delicious beautiful looking pancake and eventually they ended up with disappointment. This is martabak, and it's totally different with that regular and very common pancake you know. It's different and UNIQUE. I do understand that most of people never used to see this type of pancake and as a result people are judging martabak in a nasty way which I find it really sad. Mean comments that some of u said and those comments that written in a random language as well are so inappropriate and disrespectful. Can't people be more respectful? Martabak is very delicious and is one of my favorite childhood snacks. Yes it's a snack and not a dessert. We Indonesians eat it while watching TV and other activities with family or friends. We love it as it is tasty. It has ranges of topping and a massive use of condensed milk and margarine. Not butter. Some of u might judge this as unhealthy. Need to note that both margarine and butter share almost the same amount of fat, even on an article that I read margarine is better as it has less amout of fat, therefore less calories it gives. Which makes sense cuz it's non diary, it's made from coconut or canola fat, so vegans are able to consume it. We use margarine to add savoury taste into it. Also, this trypophobia thingy, when it's ready to serve you won't see them circles so dw. Also I feel sorry for them people cuz they can never see some beautiful artworks of circles and dots. Those holes on martabak we call them 'ant nests', martabak with lots of holes, are a successfully-made martabak. As more holes mean that it's lighter and airy, great texture, more pores to absorb condensed milk and margarine, therefore more flavor given into this martabak. Also I'm pretty sure you have made a regular pancake before, didn't you see the holes? I know this one is in a giant size but both are the same batter though. However, in some recipes they use yeast in making martabak. But I agree with people who dislike the use of nitrogen liquid in it with nitrogen ice cream! I personally like the classic one with some chocolate sprinkles and greated cheese only. It's just following the trend I think and to add a unique selling point. These are my response to some opinions and hopefully could make you know better about martabak. I hope we can respect towards each other's culture and opinions..

Ridiculous amount of work and why? Looks expensive too make cuz you need the expensive blender or whatever it was being made in then throw that tiny bit onto another contraption that dont look cheap to keep it cold then throwing all that frozen crap on it continuously and keep having to mess with it then put it on a buttered cake with oreos and omgosh theres more and im tired explaining it imagine having to make it. Who invented this? Someone who had no life? Was bored? Just nooooo. It looks weird and soggy at the end. Or is it (the 🎂frozen solid?) Just nooooooo. Now jiggly 🎂 we need in the states. Thats a business that would make a killing here.

길거리 음식이 간편하고도 빠른 속도의 음식이라는 또 다른 타이틀을 갖고 있는 음식인데 하나 만드는게 이렇게 긴 시간이 걸리면 줄 밀리고 손님은 계속 기다리고 먹는 사람이 그 압박으로 인해 편히 먹질 못하게 됨 길거리 음식이라고 하기엔 장사 제대로 못 하는거임
