Oh my God thank you finally somebody who understands this I cannot handle it when I see all of these people making cakes and cutting off the top just to make it flat it’s ridiculous it’s the tastiest part of the cake I can’t stand it!! Because of this I will never trust a store-bought cake that has icing on it again!

И последнее . Парень конечно , старается , но ... Класс кондитера можно легко определить по количеству "снятий" при выходе "в ноль" верхней плоскости торта. Наши девчонки в ноль выходят с "трёхи" , а профи- с двух . С одного - это уже мастера . . . В Челябинске на Мирэле видел такую. И прекратите уже нарезать коржи на веретене, заютубте уже, как это ровно и круто делать на рабочем столе через проставки!!!

Couldve made cake pops ..made money off it. In fact many people would buy a cake pop just to try the cake versus paying for a big slice.

Nah, it's hard to stack the layers of cakes if both top and bottom are not flat especially for this kind of tall cake as it may fall down. And yes, they can make the cut part into cake pops/truffles.

They can just sell as is. It was sad to see.

Deff could make this whole thing for like 25$ if you had to buy the diff colored food coloring or big container of sprinkles and cake mixes use milk instead of water and melted butter instead of oil and bake till toothpick comes out almost clean. Then you need to buy the frosting depending on buttercream or fresh cream or cream cheese whatever so it depends...... if you want a lighter fluffier cake add some egg whites beaten to stiff peaks and fold them in. I thought it was rainbow cake but its confetti cake so idk if they are dying the frosting haven't gotten that far into video yet.

I bake professionally. A slice should be around $12-15. This guy horrified me btw. If I were to bake this, it would run around $70-80 for the entire cake. Good ingredients cost money and you do not BUY frosting. Make a simple American buttercream. Last time I bought sprinkles it was almost $120 wholesale but you can totally use Betty Crocker for 4 bucks.

The cream itself is a layer hence 24 layer cake
