Skyscraper was ban by Bangladeshi government. Bangladesh didn’t give the permission of making skyscraper.Thats why you will find high rise building.

The government of Bangladesh has banned the construction of buildings higher than 20 floors in the country because if there is an accident like fire Then the country's fire service team will fail to control it. Because there are not enough facilities to extinguish the fire in the 20-storey high building.Thats why people not build any building up to 20.
