LOL, when you said, " i need something in my mouth". I swear the thoughts we all had! I understand. I use to stay on Rambrutti road at one of the 4 sons hotels which was sold and remodeled about 7 years ago. It's adjacent to Khao san road. I have a row tee every night b4 going to my hotel room. I'm a pig in thailand.

Thank you for sharing. I got food poisoning in a 5 star resort in Greece a couple of years ago. I thought I would die. Everyone I spoke to afterwards all said the same. A lot of people even ended up in hospital. So I think the street food can't be worse that that. I can't wait to go. We will be there in May this year 🎉🎉

From Louisiana and we eat alligator all the time, and it doesn’t matter the age of the gator we just eat, but it determines how and what you cook it with and Marinate it with to make it not so chewy 😊

I’ll eat the alligator, I hear good things supposedly different parts differ in taste and texture, I’ve only had gator jerky people say the back strap is best though. I’ve been to Khao San road once probably about 7 or 8 years ago. I felt like it was way too geared towards tourists and first timers. And food wise, it’s mostly Pad Thai, skewers, insects and smoothies and beer. 😂

My craziest KSR story was a police raid back in 1999 . The hostel was known for weed smoking . We were all hiding stuff in rain gutters on the roof. Also I got so sick once from street food there I was in a bed for a week .

Chris are you from Texas, I'm from South Louisiana, about 15 miles south of New Orleans, we been eating alligator for quite some time we make sausages with it, fry it like fish make sauce piquant which is like a spicy stew, gumbo grill it etc. man it is good great video tks man really enjoy your videos

555. I live 2k's away from KSR over the river. I go rarely, but it's always fun to see newbies in their elephant pants with a polystyrene box of pad thai haggling with staff over a Chang Beer in the 7/11 with their $700 noise cancelling headphones on.
