Yes, if you buy a combo ticket (Regular) you can cover all the rides at both the places that are amusement park as well as the waterpark. Express tickets just give you the advantage of express entry for one time.

There is food combo coupon which you have to buy separately, it includes unlimited breakfast, unlimited lunch & even evening Hi Tea & snacks. Or else you can directly buy some food from the small food stalls which are inside the park.
