They are excluding plane tickets. As it depends on where you are flying from. Internal plane transport is included but you need to book internal flights in advance to get the best and cheapest rates.

Most of the vloggers who are famous just make reels with no information and try to skip the video part which takes effort. I will also keep in my mind while making video like you. Yes tou can go to ha long bay, but it would be very difficult as halong bay tours start early morning from hanoi old quaters.also You can keep your luggage in the bus itself, they have storage in buses. But make sure you talk to your tour operator first as they will arrange it for you.
