They have not had the acclaim they deserved. They are a magnificent Glasgow band..Love TRavis as they are just as good live as they are listening to them via radio.

Totally agree. Lost in the style and company of Coldplay of the same era.

Driftwood might be the most underrated song of its time I can think off.

This song is one of the most special and important to me. It takes me back to unforgettable days. Thanks for this never-dying gift, Travis.

That’s one of my favorite things about music. For whatever reason, no other human sense trigger is quite as vividly powerful with its ability to seemingly transport us from where we are now to a specific point in time quite like a song or piece of music. It just hits our senses entirely different way than anything else. Which is probably why it was always included in worship regardless of religion, belief system, era, etc.

When you have a Virgin Radio set at 10am and your pizza delivery job starts at 11am

@@steffrs3377 the joke was about his attire rather than his bank account. He looks like a pizza delivery guy in the red hat and clothing… I wasn’t suggesting he’s hard up and has to support his income with a second job delivering pizza. I thought that was fairly obvious… Jokes are better when you don’t have to explain them. 🤦🏻♂️

I totally stumbled upon Travis by mistake. They were opening for Oasis at Tower Theater in Upper Darby Pennsylvania around 2000. One of the most disappointing headliners I’ve ever seen in a show. Thoroughly disappointed. But the opener was fantastic. From that day forward I loved Travis.

Why does this nation have to search "Chris Evans" to receive any decent music. It's absolutely pathetic.
