Thing is, ppl might like Ice Spice in general- but that massive cheer and hype when she came onstage was more about “omg a famous person!” along w the sheer surprise of it all. And it was less about “yes! She’s an epic rapper! We love her music!” I dunno… it’s just that as a rapper, she’s not nearly as popular as they try to make it appear. I mean even her album sales show that.
