Me and Dad always used to send each other songs on whatsapp to listen to, whether it be sommething new, or an older classic. This was the last song he sent me before he took his own life, I always come back to this and think of him, like I do with many songs. Cheers dad, always loved Travis.

This rendition is absolutely beautiful. Orchestration impecable. And what most impresses me is that Susanna's voice sounds just like it did in the 80s. I believe that Susanna Hoffs is a very underrated interpreter (except for her hard core fans, we know what she's worth). In her solo work and with the Bangles, her voice is absolutely beautiful. Sweet and girly sometimes, with a little raspiness when needed, or very seductive when the song calls for it. In her own compositions as well as in her covers she rocks. Generally I like her versions more than the originals, but that's just my personal taste. Fran Healy and Travis did well in including Susanna in this "across the pond" production. Excellent collaborative effort by all.

God, i haven't heard Susanna's voice for a very long while now and this song makes me realize how much i missed it. Susanna was a knock out back in the day and had a gorgeous voice. Some 35 years later she still has both the looks and the voice.

What a beautiful, relaxed-sounding new song by the Scottish post-Britpop band credited for the great 2010s albums "Where You Stand" and "Everything At Once". During "Where You Stand," Fran Healy was clean-shaven; but during "Everything At Once," he had a beard, in contrast his short hair; but now he is clean shaven all over again, and even buzzcut!
