You also need to loosen the engine screws and reset the mesh friction or the gear will just strip out again.

Have you tried just taking out set screw from muffler.Then taking out the four motor mount screws on top.

LEEELDONYZ250 you only need to take the muffler screw out and 2 motor adjustment bolts out... i learned the hard way lol.

Can I replace my 38t spur with like a 42t without changing anything else. It's on my 3.3 revo

Kevin Mobley Yes, you will just have more top end. You won't come out of the house so fast but you will have higher top speed.

@@extremebassline7281 I’ve also been told that a larger spur gear would give me more off the line speed, but it just didn’t make sense to me. Less teeth = easier and faster total spin. More teeth = slower and longer 360 spin. It seems so simple in my head, that’s exactly why I asked around.

Loving the exhaust, Is that an RD Logic? I’m really wanting to get one like it but they just don’t seem from the pics that they’ll hook up easily to the manifold. Maybe I’m wrong.
