As far as eye witnesses testimony, several changed their statements and others were add much later. Jumper Guy So you completely ignore that fact that he was being followed by an armed man that out weighed him by 100 pounds?
@jumperguy9867
@jumperguy9867 6 жыл бұрын
First of all, how about you get your facts straight. 1 - According to the autopsy report, Trayvon Martin was 5'11" and weighed 158lbs. 2. When Zimmerman was questioned by police the night of the shooting, the police report indicates he stood about 5'8" and weighed 200lbs. So, the difference isn't 100lbs, like you claim...but roughly 42lbs, less than HALF what YOU say. Now, even at 42lbs difference, I don't ignore the difference between Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin's weights at all. But it doesn't seem to have mattered much to Trayvon, since the evidence shows several things: 1) After exiting his vehicle, Zimmerman never stepped south of the east-west sidewalk, even though he had observed Trayvon to have gone in that direction. 2) The point near the "T" intersection of two sidewalks (where Trayvon was last seen during the phone call with the dispatcher) was a moderate walk of about 90 seconds tops to where Trayvon was staying. Meaning, if he WANTED to, he could have simply walked home, and Zimmerman never would have seen him again; however, in the nearly two full minutes that were remaining on Zimmerman's phone call with the dispatcher, Trayvon Martin did NOT go home. Instead, after the phone call ended, he was still near where he had last been seen several minutes earlier. 3) Both the verbal and physical encounter were initiated by Trayvon Martin himself. So, you see. While YOU may lend weight (not pun intended) to their physiological differences, it doesn't appear to have mattered to Trayvon Martin himself. That kind of makes it a little bit irrelevant - what YOU think the differences in their weight means.

Actually, the medical examiner also ruled that the burn pattern of the bullet hole on Martin’s shirt indicated that he was sitting upright hanging over Zimmerman at the time that he was shot. @@sean2015 All true, not to forget the notion that a medical examiner is qualified to testify to the likely effects of an unpredictable drug reaction in an individual...is absurd and irrelevant. Two things can be true: Zimmerman shouldn't have kept following Martin once the police were called, and Martin shouldn't have went back to attack and beat Zimmerman which could reasonably have led to Zimmerman's death if he had not defended himself the only way he could in that moment being held down by a younger man of superior size and strength. The way the media and crooked politicians have distorted and exploited this case for over a decade has been an international disgrace, and has led to causing more bloodshed and racial division and misunderstanding in the Country than any time in the past 60 years

Cell phone records (which had to be subpoenaed because Martin’s father refused to turn them over) PROVED this fact. I think it's obvious that those screams were no ordinary yells for help. In the background of those 911 calls you can hear screams that you only hear in horror movies. Whoever was screaming THAT way believed that he was going to die any second and Zimmerman had no reason to think like that. Even if he thought tall and skinny Trayvon could beat him up he still wouldn't have screamed with that sort of hysteria. Zimmerman claimed it was himself doing that screaming and complained that no neighbors came outside to help him. Actually the neighbors helped by calling 911 inside their own homes but screams of terror made them feel too scared to come outside to help out. Maybe if they were ordinary yells for help then maybe people wouldn't be so afraid to come outside..

No Trayvon did not hide on John Goodes patio. Trayvon told Rachel that he ran home, he never mentioned hiding. Which means that Trayvon came back the 100 yards to assault Zimmerman. Zimmerman was still there at the T about 20 yards from his vehicle. So unless there were aliens involved its only logical to assume Trayvon went back. Bottom line though is that had he not violently assaulted Zimmerman he wouldnt have been killed.
@jtstevenson81
@jtstevenson81 5 жыл бұрын
@@cuzz63 Have you ever noticed that people who defend Trayvon never mention that Trayvon was mounted on Zimmerman and punching him in the face before he got shot? They always start by saying that Zimmerman got out of his car and followed Trayvon, and then they jump right to the moment where Trayvon was shot, completely leaving out everything that happened in between. I think this is because they know that Trayvon was assaulting Zimmerman while Zimmerman screamed for help for 45 seconds, completely justifying the shooting. Anyone who listens to the tape of those screams knows that it is Zimmerman's voice and not Trayvon's. It sounds exactly like Zimmerman, and sounds nothing like Trayvon. So, rather than dealing honestly with the facts, they would rather create a narrative and pretend that things did not happen the way they did.
@cuzz63
@cuzz63 5 жыл бұрын
@@jtstevenson81 , the people who defend Trayvon have to either ignore the assault or justify it by some strange logic. The false narrative they usually claim is that he was minding his own business which is not even logical on the face of it since he was shot in the middle of a violent assault. Often they claim that Zimmerman ignored the police dispatcher which was proven false by the evidence and its also common for them to claim he was told to stay in his vehicle when he wasnt. They also try to minimize Zimmerman injuries to say Trayvon didnt plan to hurt him.

It makes no sense that Martin was screaming. Screaming from what? He had taken Zimmerman to the ground, mounted him, and was punching him in the face and slamming his head into the ground. This is corroborated by police photos of Zimmerman's busted nose and bloody scalp. Martin's face and head were untouched.
@naitthegr8131
@naitthegr8131 2 жыл бұрын
The "busted nose" of Zimmerman was clearly a doctored photo. It was taken by Officer Michael Wagner on his personal iphone and then released into evidence a month later. The " taken Zimmerman to the ground, mounted him, and was punching him in the face" was Zimmerman's claim which he was never testified/cross examined for. Trayvon's autopsy showed he had no injury to either his hands or his wrists. Zimmerman shot Trayvon on the grass lawn yards away from the concrete. Try again. It would make sense that Zimmerman had body gripped Trayvon for Trayvon to have been screaming. The voice analysis had ruled out Zimmerman as the screamer (but couldnt say Trayvon because Trayvon had no voice sample). Zimmerman himself had said it wasn't him screaming. No healthy adult with a gun would be screaming when they have a gun and are doing what they can to get to and use the gun. Screaming, like tapping out, is also a sign of submission when you are not able to do anything else. The screams ended immediately at the exact instant the shot was fired. Had it been Zimmerman screaming, he would have continued screaming after the shot (in fact, Zimmerman was described as cool, calm and collected immediately after. There are grown men who are still shaken after being robbed at gunpoint when they thought their life would end). Trayvon's autopsy showed that at the instant he was shot, he had pneumothorax. He couldn't vocalize from that point, hence why the screams ended immediately at the exact instant the shot was fired. It was Trayvon screaming. Not Zimmerman.

@@DavidSwe The answer lies in the police dispatcher transcripts. Martin approached Zimmerman's car while Zimmerman was on the phone with the police. Then, Martin inexplicably turned and started to run. Zimmerman started to run after him but (contrary to media memes) stopped when the operator advised him not to. He then arranged to meet with the police back at his car. This is all in the transcripts. On the way to the car Martin confronted him and a fight ensued. Martin didn't have a mark on his face or head, while Zimmerman had a busted nose, lip and back of the head. Zimmerman never "followed" Martin because he didnt have him in sight. He was looking for Martin a maximum of 20 seconds before the police dispatcher stopped him.

The fact that you convict Trayvon of being a crook when the fool was going to buy skittles is absurd. He wasn't going to rob any house in the rain the fool was going home. Zimmerman has a violent record. Trayvon was 17 years old, the fool barely had a record.

A young SMART man? Really? The thug was suspended from School THREE times...TWICE in the past few months before his death! One time he was suspended for SKIPPING school. He had stolen jewelry in his possession when he was questioned after school cops captured him on video vandalizing school property. Another time, he had traces of marijuana and a drug pipe in his possession. He posed with pot, guns and a grill I his teeth. He drank "Lean" routinely, and posted about it on social media!! You and the SANE world have different definitions of the word "smart". He was STUPID!

@TheDoobsisNotAmused Number one, 17 is an adult, similar to an 18, and a 19 year old, not a kid. Trayvon was 6'2, and physically strong, nothing like a 12 year old which the media keeps on showing him as. Zimmerman stopped following Trayvon, evidence is from the girlfriend of Trayvon speaking to the police, and many others.

Zimmerman didn’t want to use the gun. Only after Zimmerman’s cries for help went unanswered and Trayvon saw and went for the gun, then did Zimmerman need to use the gun to defend himself. Zimmerman showed great restraint by not immediately shooting Trayvon when Trayvon attacked.

Typical lying with a mass covering of soft-speak and non-ebonic-speak. It's so clear: GZ broke & bloodied his own nose, then he laid down and bashed the back of his head into the concrete walkway there. All the while as this was happening TM stood by and screamed 'help meee! Helppp,' over & over again. THEN GZ pulled TM on top of himself and shot him. Yes, that makes the most sense.

if you can distinguish who's voice that is with that shitty quality.. you clearly have an objective in mind. the question is, and remains why would a man.. who approached another man.. yell in pain.. and then after the shot is fired the man is silenced, be that of my Zimmerman?? common sense shall be applied to the jury to make a clear assessment to those voices.
