Welcome!
This video gives a demo of how to quickly access the neurogenetic tremor that is active with TRE: Trauma and Tension Release Exercises. If you have never done TRE before I suggest checking our David Bacelli full video of the TRE Exercises at ‪@treforall312‬ or having a TRE professional walk you through the steps. This is not necessary though if you want to try these exercises you can. It's just really important that you listen to your body. This is a nervous system regulation exercise, if you begin to feel dysregulated like it feels too much, you feel anxious, or irritated just put your feet out and lay flat, this will stop the shaking.
TRE helps you access your body's innate ability to heal. It turns on a shaking mechanism or neurogenic tremor that is connected to your body's wisdom and it can move throughout the body finding tension, stress, and trauma that is stuck and helping to release it.
This exercise helps tone your Vental Vegal Nerver which is connected to your parasympathetic nervous system. When you access this part of your nervous system you feel safe, and connection to others and to yourself, peace, calmness, joy, happiness, presence, and embodiment.
This is a powerful self-help tool that we all have access to. It can boost your well-being and the health of your mind and body.
Here is a video of the Full TRE Exercises: • TRE® (Tension & Trauma...

Let me know how you find this video and what you notice in your body and mind.
Warmly,
Kylie

Kylie, this is wonderful. Followed along and there was a lot of shaking going on, but it was so peaceful and my mind coming out was at rest... Question: Can this be done on a firm mattress for someone who can't get off the floor? Thanks so much! ❤🙏🌻

Thank you! I am so glad you were able to follow along and it felt good for you mind and body. Yes, you can do it on a firm mattress, even a soft one if you can get your hips up for the butterfly bridge. I like to activate it sometimes in bed just before going to sleep. Make it as easy as possible for yourself. Some peoples bodies really want to shake and just laying and putting your legs in butterfly can start it. Let me know if you have any other questions :) I would be happy to answer them.

@@kyliefeller9741 thanks so much for your help! I've been doing somatic breathwork as well and these two modalities are working synergistically for me. I had a similar physical reaction when I released my psoas a year or so ago. Just wrapped a scarf around by knees to keep them semi upright and had a huge release. But your video made such a difference because I also processed emotionally. Thank you again, and I'm sending you lots of love and light!!

I just tried it, it worked. What should I feel afterwards? I wasn't tense before, I'm just as calm. When should I do this?

I just tried it, but it doesn't work. Or am I doing it wrong. Or am I not traumatized?

This mechanism is in everyone it can just be different or take more time for some people to get back in touch with. You may need to tire the body out first. This is just the last exercise of TRE but normally it is a series of exercises that first stretch and tire the body out making it easier to shake. Some people’s bodies shake easier than others. I have worked with some people who need to do the other exercises and also need to stay in the butterfly bridge a lot longer. This is especially true for people who hold a lot of tension or are used to stopping the body from shaking. After I got sick with Covid my body stopped shaking I had to stay in the butterfly bridge to get any movement for about a year and then it came back more fully into my body. I would check out David Berceli work. Or you could reach out to a certified TRE practitioner for help if you wanted. Hope this helps!
