It was a surprise event sponsored by xbox that noone new about until a half hour before. Hints were just left like his ads on the billboards in the area, xbox on twitter, a tip off from a manager and his dancers being seen there. Even before an official announcement from the company thousands of people gathered. Not to mention it was free😭can you imagine the crowd if it was announced. CHAOS😭also this crowd isnt limited to tickets it was an all come event😆😭

Jungkook and his dance crew killed it and you can tell Jk is loving it so much 💜 the crowd really gave their everything and it was really loud af, we can hear them that loud with the audio filtered and that's is amazing 🔥🔥 and the fact this was a performance that neither BigHit or BTS or any official account confirmed is very impressive. Everything started with an army theory bc of the past post malone concert and especially bc when the were preparing that stage the Jungkook x Calvin Klein add was playing first in that billboard lol And then, the BTS account hours later said "tomorrow there's an special even" and boom, today the time square was filled with armys in a random Thursday, the surprise event could literally be any other thing and some armys even started doubting this morning bc out of nowhere a BTS official listening party on Stationhead started and people thought Jungkook was the one that did it just like the past ones but this one lasted way longer. Then army was like "wait! Nah guys, this is just a distraction but still keep streaming, the signs are there and we connected the dots immediately lmao I love it 🔥🔥 Imagine if Jungkook didn't perform today at Times square... that would be definitely the biggest army clown party in borahistory 😂😭😭

New York goes all out for the BTS members. That's our favorite part about visiting NYC. We had tickets to the Today Show in 2020 during the album drop of Mots7 at their 7 year debut and we got to rock out in Rockefeller Center pre-show before all of BTS came out. They get you hyped up and run live video feed of the crowds screaming. And they play BTS music the entire time. Its epic! Your soul literally leaves your body around BTS lol! New York crew members went running around town giving away free BTS blankets and merch bags! It's crazy fun! They literally block streets off in NYC and reroute traffic for BTS members.
