You NEED to dive in the Boat Shipwreck place in Michigan, Lake Superior. A couple actually got married there because they loved it so much! And my sister lost her red glasses while on a tour of the place so if you go there and find them, I will literally cry with tears of joy.

Please come to Barren River Lake in Kentucky. You would find AMAZING stuff! No one searches there and a lot of people are there tubing, fishing, swimming, etc every single day! Would be so interesting to see what is in there as I go there a lot!

In the bronx there is a park called pelham bay there is a path to water at the back of the park you should go treasure hunting there and the view is amazing by the water 😋😋

There are a ton of ponds in warwick and Providence Rhode Island if you guys ever want to take a trip. One pond has an ice truck from the 1920s at the bottom, and no diver has been able to get it's license plate.

Was stationed at KI Sawyer AFB in U P of mich back in early 90’s, went cliff diving at presque isle park in Marquette on lake superior and bottom was loaded with gold but too deep to dive down without tanks

And if you ever go back you need to dive around "the pipe". You were so close to it but didn't find it apparently. It is a big pipe that goes under the causeway from the harbor to the lake on the north end of the harbor. As we local fisherman know the area around the pipe is a fishing hotspot, there is a constant current going in and out of the pipe (switches directions every so often) and that attracts all kinds of fish. It's especially popular for steelhead fishermen in the winter.

The rod is one people use for snagging salmon with in the fall. It's illegal in that harbor but is legal in some places in Chicago like Jackson Park and the Lincoln Park lagoon.
