GRL GVNG is a prerelease to XG's first mini album. There is a full version (about 3 min. long) but their producer Simon Jakops stated that the MV was a shorter version on purpose to make the fans check out the full version and also to leave the fans wanting more in anticipation for the title track of the mini album

XG's MV was so short because it's just a teaser for their Mini Album and also because they prioritized quality over length. MV Director for GRL GVNG (Girl Gang) was his 1st time directing. Chisa's AI part was actually choreography with ASL and the song has heavy bass for hearing impaired people. Full Song is 3 Min.

From writing 3RACHA HeyDay “legendary like Tiger Jk” to performing with him at MAMA and now they are in a music video together, I'm so proud of our SKZ.! Those who don't know "Tiger jk" let me give some imp info. Tiger JK is considered the GODFATHER of hip hop in South Korea as he brought rap/hiphop into the mainstream music scene in Korea. He is deemed the "most popular Korean rapper in America, Asia and the world” by LA Times in 2011 & he was INVITED by the Grammy museum in 2022 as well.

GRL GVNG is a B-side from their upcoming album that got a short MV as a prerelease promo, so we don't know yet what the title track is gonna sound like.
