XO醬是李錦記由廣州引入香港?咁得意?XO醬係八十年代頭,香港啲廚師發明嘅,當年香港紙醉金迷年代,的生意人飲XO拔蘭地代表佢哋身份,香港的廚師改個名XO醬,就表明用料高級,冇錯個醬係馬拉盞既改良版。當時廣州先至啱啱走出一窮二白,XO?香港飲食文化同廣州同源,不過唔係乜X都係廣州發明嘅,廣州有先嘅。有時講返事實好啲。
