Really great ideas, Natasa, as always! You think of the most creative things. Thank you for sharing. I love these and can't wait to make some. I especially like the idea of gluing the smaller one to the larger. And even where you tucked the small bag behind the other one, too. Such simple things, really, but I never seem to think of them on my own.

These are the perfect addition to jazz up a page and add interest. Thanks for sharing with us. can never seem to have enough clusters or bags so taking a day to build a stockpile is a great idea too. I love these ideas on repurposing materials for homemade bags! Wonderful in a journal, and also as a snail mail gift or even to keep a small gift card in. Thank you so much Cyndi. Clusters are really quite easy, and the trick is to make one, and then use that idea/layout to make more, and the more you do the easier and quicker it gets to put them together. They add such a lovely finish

Hi Natasa These little baggies are really cute. I don't quite know what I would do with mine, yet. (I'm a crafter too. I like keeping my creative mind active. Creating makes me happy). I love the homespun look of these baggies and I love that they are easy to make but at the same time, they are high impact eye candy. P.S. You can sew those "bits" together too (instead of stapling) for even more visual detail.
@TreasureBooks
@TreasureBooks 4 жыл бұрын
Definitely! I try to do minimal sewing in my tutorials if I can, because I get a lot of comments that people don't have a sewing machine. I figure, most people have a stapler. I always prefer to sew anything I can get my hands on really. Sewing would also serve as a focal point itself!

I made a couple of baggies watching your tutorial. I did the double bag that you showed but in the smaller bag, before attaching it to the bigger bag, I put a little bit of potpourri in there before sewing it up and the other I put a piece of dryer sheet (Just wanted a subtle scent, nothing strong)...little potpourri pouches to give my journals a hint of calming fragrances and aromas. Came out beautiful.

The almost white paper (butcher's paper) is probably that's called newsprint, I used to buy used ends of rolls from a local small newspaper years ago. Some many uses. As always love your videos
