Thangammah, For a relaxed life sit on a chair, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. No deep inhalation-exhalation or breath counting needed. Ye toh aapnay sahi kaha kyonki mujhe baar baar lock check karne ki habbit hai.... kuch time se hai aur two years back mujhe baar baar gas stove check karne ke habbit bhi thee aur mujhe eyebrows ke centre mein kuch bandha bandha sa lagta hai jo ki kaafi time se hai toh mai ye massage jo aPne batayee hai..... abhi se start karti hoon........thanku very much 🙏

Ritesh Kumar--If possible do some public speaking courses to build your confifence from within. . Reduce negative thoughts to feel relaxed. . Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly they will reduce and relax the mind. No deep inhalation-exhalation or breath counting needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Be as still as possible as it reduces negative thoughts. Make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Hi mam when I anxiety start my blood pressure go very high end up in hospital I feel nervous and my tunge start dry and tickling so what can I do.

Thank you so much for such helpful and amazing video 👍.. for people asking how many times a day, I think one must do frequently example 8-10 times if problem is severe and 3-5 times a day or as much you like honestly there's no set number of times.. Just don't do it while physically working or right after eating wait for sometime then do . During periods or illness like fever or weakness one mustn't do it if possible. It is what an accupressure Dr had suggested me long back.

Madam namaste. My wife is suffering from anxiety.and on halopathic medication. Recently she is getting panic attack.ie palpitations chest contractions headache neck pain etc. When attack starts she looks very tired and very uneasy. I TRIED some pints aster videos but not much relief. Pl suggest

Good luck to you, I had it for 6,7 years but last 6 months I started online oga classes and after some months I started feeling better, sleep improved , now i am completely off medicine. Hope you find a way out.
