Game optimization used : Nvidia Threading Optimization, CPU Affinity set to not use 1st CPU Core (with thread optimization forces game to split resources and cycles across cores, though still not all cores), even after that during recording CPU usage was around 50-60% and GPU didn't even hit 50%, and game still runs badly.
