Scaredy gets duped by a slick salesman who tries to sell him the entire line of efficiency products from Dr. Efficiency of Efficiency Inc. Then Nestor's long lost brother Lestor returns and soon replaces him at the Stash N' Hoard. Nestor becomes down-on-his luck and starts living in Scaredy's displays, and so Scaredy must help Nestor prove he's just as good as his brother.
