Where can I buy the plug that covers the hole when not using the battery?

OK, I know technically it’s for trails and etc. but, what if I just want it for Road and Greenway and city riding with no mountain trails. It just looks really comfortable and fun to ride around town?

Thinking of buying the E-Caliber 9.6 Gen 2 but uncertain if it's the ideal bike for my needs. Can it serve well for downcountry/trail riding? Are there superior alternatives you suggest? Essentially, I'm looking for an eMTB version of a Pivot Trail 429, Transition Spur, or Ibis Ripley.
