That is awesome to hear! Glad you got it, it's a great bike. Contemplating on whether or not to go with a carbon frame version in the future.

Bikes looking good! I ride a 2024 Scott Addict 10 (56cm). I was almost going to get the emonda SL6 since it was on sale, however, I had better support at my bike shop (scott dealer) with fitting and gear, so I went with the Scott.

I used to have a 2020 Trek FX 3 , but in 2023 I bought a 2021 (brand new from Trek) FX sport 4 Carbon and sold the first. I really wanted the 1x GRX that has the gear spacing (tight harder gears (6 ) end and rest spaced on low end) , for my riding style . I’m trying to decide my n+1 . Maybe road bike ? Or should I do gravel I only ride pavement

Gravel bike would definitely be more versatile. Plus you can swap tires/wheels on a gravel bike depending on if you plan on riding more road or off road.

@@dwaynepedals which road bike and which gravel bike would you recommend in the 1500 dollar range ? I want hydraulic disc brakes and at least 10 speeds in back

Hi Dwayne, how long did you run your setup without the 5 mm spacer underneath the stem? The original stem had a warning written on to run atleast a 5 mm spacer underneath it, but I'd like to remove it for fitting reasons. What's your experience? Thanks!
