thanks. indeed it's an effort intensive hobby. consider this. Final content uploaded on the youtube was 110 GB. Edited file size is roughly 1/5th of the original length, so recorded content was roughly 500 GB. you need many 64 GB U3 cards as 4K videos sometime do not record well on those traditional SDXC cards. Due to extreme cold temp, you don't want recorded content to get lost hence you have to take back up of the content at the site itself. so roughly1000GB storage required. To record that much content, camera needs to be switched on for many many hours.. how many battery packs can we carry as there wont be electricity on the way? it needs lot of planning and lot of equipments such as laptop, UPS, tripod, numerous battery pack, SDXC U3 cards, hard disk, camera, back up camera, few still cameras.. nearly 25 kgs of items just for shooting.

Eye opening! We are headed for a 4-day trek to Kuari pass next month and trying to figure out how many extra batteries/powerbanks to take.

Well nothing against rajeev sir but it is pretty obvious from the video that he wasnt prepared for a 4 day expedition. One should not go to such remote place if they aren't prepared mentally and physically. We all should learn from rajeev sire experience :).
