My company uses Trello for organizing workflows, but we use Hubspot as our CRM.

Trello is great because it can be used in so many different ways, and the free version allows 10 boards currently, so you can really use it for a variety of different tasks.

Thank you for the video! I didn´t see any information with "numbers" besides the dates, nothing regarding "prices" or "sales forecasts" but I think this is not the main points and factors of this sales funel, right? Thank you again.

I know you showed the Free version, but can you really use Trello as a sales funnel without purchasing the full product?

Yes this CRM sales funnel only uses the tools available in Trello's free version.

Do you find it takes a lot of time to keep your sales funnel up to date? Can you automate any of the data input?

Trello has the ability to also add a lot of different workflow automations but note that many of these features are only available in the paid version. Keep in mind though, that if you have a lot of leads to maintain, then this may be an area you want to invest into, to spend less time overall and stay productive.

Does Trello and all it's powerups like Crmble CRM work on the Trello mobile app? If it doesn't then it's useless to me as CRM. I need the calendar and Crmble powerups and custom fields and attachments like emails are all available on my mobile device. So far I can't find any of the info I need on my mobile

Hi Keith. Unfortunately not on Trello's Mobile app. Trello only supports their own Power-Ups on Trello's Mobile app. You can use any browser though in your mobile to use Trello's browser version where all Power-Us are available. You can subscribe to you Crmble's Calendar using the iCal feature to get notifications on your mobile devices. A Crmble app and stand alone version is in the making. Cheers!
