So, did they EVER release this?? The carrot is being dangled, but it's been YEARS...

I have used the unito sync power up and it’s very over priced for such limited functionality. Yes two way sync is possible but it’s not very flexible. Example: you can sync between two boards but cards only. You cannot sync multiple labels over two boards. I have a team of 30+ users and Trello is integral to how my business flows. Instead I have opted for complex butler automations.

Great info. Hoping a brand new Trello user could get some info. I am just starting today but working on automating checklists. That is pretty easy so far. I an wondering why when a new checklist is added it goes to the bottom versus top of checklists. So, is there a way to have a previously completed checklist go to bottom, move to alternate/storage card or be deleted by automation. We will be very checklist heavy and seems laborious to have to scro through all completed lists to get to newer ones. Sorry for long context. Thank you!

Hey Ron, thanks for the comment. I had a look at this for you but I couldn't see a way for Butler to do this easily. You can't reorder Checklists with Butler or move them to other cards. Best you could do is clone it to another card and delete it from the original card, but that might get complicated with multiple checklists being added with different names. There are some other more advanced third party tools that might be able to do it (eg benkoworks.com/benkobot/). I'd suggest posting this question in the Atlassian Community (under Trello) and I think you'll get some more ideas/solutions (likely from those that own/work for those tools! I know the owner of Benko Bot is active in there). I am trying to sync a card between my workspace and my wife's workspace so that we can check off the checklist as we go and know what is being done by the other. This has proven to be incredibly hard. Is there not a way to do this already? I have tried powerups but they either do not work or I don't know how to use them. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Charlie, I was hoping we would have mirroring available in Trello by now but it must be still in development. In the meantime the best option for 2 way syncing is to use one of the Unito Power-Ups (depending on how much you want to sync) trello.com/power-ups/595e989fa8f137d2af456fd4/2-way-board-and-card-sync-by-unito or trello.com/power-ups/5c75708a72eecc4565ecacf5/2-way-card-mirroring-with-unito Another option is to use Butler, but note this is only one way syncing, so this will be only helpful if for example you make an update on your board and that to reflect on another board (eg your wife's board) but any edits she makes will not sync back to your board. help.trello.com/article/1164-card-mirroring However Unito should allow you to do that. But it is a paid app. Hope that helps! Dan

"Unfortunately it seems to be delayed as the solution Trello had in mind didn't work out as expected :( The Trello CEO posted about it here www.reddit.com/r/trello/comments/or41ng/card_mirroring_release/

Nice vids. Any update on the mirror sync update yet? Unito is a paid app. Any free mirroring apps out there. Shame Trello dont provide updates on product releases.

Unfortunately it seems to be delayed as the solution Trello had in mind didn't work out as expected :( The Trello CEO posted about it here www.reddit.com/r/trello/comments/or41ng/card_mirroring_release/ Feature updates are usually mentioned on their blog if it helps blog.trello.com/ but I sometimes hear of things before then so I aim to get videos out as soon as the news is public. If that sounds helpful then consider subscribing to this channel so you see those videos as soon as they're available ;) Any other questions, let me know!
