It's simply because Tremorzilla does 6-7 dmg using his melees so the only thing that damages the dragon is the beam.

They have the same amount of health, the dragon just has higher damage + flight

Tremorzilla is from Alex's Caves, T-Rex is from The Dawn Era, Void worm is from Alex's Mobs, Redstone Monstrosity is from Crimson Steve's Mobs, Lightning Dragon is from Ice and Fire and The Leviathan s from L_ender's Cataclysm! :D
