Dreams _should_ have been free-to-play at launch, baked into PlayStation consoles, and pitched as an unlimited treasure chest of indie games w/ novice gamemaker potential. i know, i know, "you ain't a market analyst". yes. though, i think i understand video games. if owners of every PlayStation platform saw _Dreams_ as this unlimited treasure chest of small indie games it would have changed everything. That is why LittleBigPlanet was so successful. + the charming personality. Dreams "dark creation game" LBP was "creative wonderland of joy".

I wanted to play this in VR so badly but sold my PSVR to get a PSVR2...only to learn I'll now never be able to 😭 Devastated. It's such a shame we couldn't have a PS5/PSVR2 update as the final send-off for Dreams. Would have left less of a bad taste in my mouth and felt like a reasonable fulfilment of Dreams' support by Sony.

See this is what we needed more of during the life cycle of dreams! But holy shit a map builder inside of a game builder?? This is nutz lol. This game is too powerful to just be abandoned after a couple years honestly. They have to make dreams 2.0 for ps5 only and finally add multiplayer. That would get more people to buy it.

I played it, it's super addicting! really love the sound effects so much and the graphics looks good and realistic, amazing what the dreams engine is capable to make at the right people hands.

So weird. I remember hearing about Dreams years ago…I didn’t even know it was out. Now I see it on the list of free games for August, watch the trailer, realize what it is, see release date of 2018 and laugh. I loved LBP though online play was always so unreliable. Why they abandoned LBP I’ll never understand. Sequels were meh. Could have just evolved the art style. The original is one of my favorite games of all time. The gameplay, the creating and creations, the music, the art style. Now I see in the comments they are ending support for Dreams soon? Guess there’s no point in jumping in now. Blows my mind I didn’t even know this was out. I must be super busy 😂

this will be a cool game for sure. I'm still sad that dreams is cancelled. it could have been the best game ever if it ran on multiple platforms like minecraft bedrock. I can do things with it that I would never be able to do so quickly and easily with other software.

Yes it's in dreams it's part of the newest update. It's possible this could be a project that will be exported from Dreams and we'll seem released as stand alone on other platforms maybe

This is only a 3 years too late, the game is going into support only mode soon. You should have put it on PS plus years ago to gain traction. So disappointed in everything dreams could have been. But it was obvious things weren't going as planned once everyone started leaving Mm. The promised multiplayer was the only thing everyone wanted. What a massive letdown, and this is coming from me with 900hrs in the game and a huge MM LBP fan.

Cool, but I just want multiplayer. Idc if it's the final update. It would make this the most fun thing on all of playstation. I have worked on a few games on Dreams, and I am over lvl 100. It would be much more worth my time if we just had multiplayer. Maybe just as a Christmas present later this year, but please. It's extremely depressing how much potential is being wasted. Maybe it could be like Minecraft where you could buy servers. But yeah, I want multiplayer. 😔
