Brian, isn't the max run for Cat 6 wire 328'? More than that and you run into latency issues... I think. PS I need the small version of your trencher to put in my sprinkler system!

On paper, yes. In practice I have a total of 1,500ft with 3 switches in line. Internet speed coming in is 200Mbps and at the other end I get 180Mbps. Perfectly acceptable considering it gives me a mesh network over about 15 acres!

What you are describing is technically a plate compactor and the term Wacker packer is just a nick name from the brand "Wacker Neuson". If we want to get technical, a jumping jack is called vibratory rammer.
