Learn to build your own, baby. The underwater house and observation dorm home in the woods can be built or made with cheaper... and science exploiting ways. But will take much time, of course.

AND THEN it hits me. $200,000,000 for a house and all these millions on others i think about all the homeless vets and how screwed up this world is and click off. Breaks my heart how someone can have that much money while we have kids/families dying of starvation. Well, if its any consellation I do believe that the one who paid for a built that 105,000 sq ft mansion, lost a lot of money on it. Had big expectations, but no one wanted to buy it simply because of upkeep costs and all the wasted space. I know there was a youtube video sometime back about how disasterous the project was.

I believe the most expensive one is on a hill in Beverly Hills, or another top spot, and would probably be the kind of place you would invite over famous people to hang out and party. Space, amenities, and privacy for your guests to enjoy together.

I think most of these homes are way over the top, that the owners will be lucky to spend much time in most parts of them. I think a great game room, entertainment center, with some great outdoor area on top of having a great kitchen, living room, dining room and the rest of the basics, is all you really need, anything else is just bragging.
