Amazing ! What did you use to attach the fire paper to the wire please?

For anyone else wondering, I tried a heap of things to attach the fire paper to the 24G paper covered wire (sugar glue, crisco, water, etc) and the thing that worked best for me was piping gel. Just tiny dabs, but it held the paper firm and the fire burned over/around it. Hope this helps someone :)

It’s flash paper , it’s a kind of paper used by magicians, which will burn quickly with out any ashes .. it’s other names are magic paper , fire paper etc ..

Wafer paper will leave ashes .. for fire paper no ashes while burning ..

It is not touching the cake, we use floral wire to attach them, it burns in a flash leaving no ashes, so safe to consume.

Use liquid glucose on fondant very lightly to stick it
