Nice explanation. I would like little less thicker ruffle so I think, spreading that paper cutting in lesser circular way, I can adjust the ruffle gathers, isn't it? Thanks for the video and showing it as a shirt mode...This idea will help me make this pattern for my daughter in law. In this pattern I don't think the cut on the hip side would be required as you have added half an inch at the hip point. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks so much fo ryour video.
