It's enviable that prospects will raise concerns in reference to barriers obstructing their ability to buy from you Whenever I'm faced with objections, I try my best to humanize the experience and respond back in a way they are not expecting!

I just love the keeping the talking points out of the red zone. Flow the conversation into the green zone. Keep the caller curious.

Aside from this, one of the reasons why cold callers are being rejected is because they are calling the wrong people. They dial the number without confirming if it matches with the name of the person. So the moment they ask "am I speaking to (name)?" some receivers of calls are totally flabbergasted as they are not the person that the caller on the other line is expecting. That's something y'all can avoid by using a reverse phone number lookup first before dialing numbers. Simply input the number, and it will tell you the name of the owner. Easy.

Trent, I want to offer the other side to your point on making sure they are a decision maker, depending on your software, would you not agree that reaching out to the "End User" of the solution would be a priority as well? For example, if your solution can increase efficiency that is a value add to both the user and manager of the department. One saves Time, the other saves or gains more revenue, and possibly higher employee retention

curious to hear if someone has seem a demo before and they say "we don't want to see a demo, have seen it 6 months ago, know what you do", what would be your response other than "awesome, what prompted you to take a meeting?"

Bit too much Grant Cardone in here. A lot of selfish asks, it'll definitely trigger a prospect to withdraw. Stop pushing your own agenda on the prospect after they mention the objection. Try to actually understand it first. Also, for anyone reading... don't ask how people. It's pointless.
