Excellent job I don’t know how Becki and Chris have been making KZfaq content longer than you? Because I saw your videos first. Becki is one tough girl because she is almost always sea sick flying but she pushes on, I think she tough because they come from such a small little town in Canada 🇨🇦. The shots of the heli & airplane parked cheek to jowl reminds me of almost every group portrait I've ever been in. Photog always wants you closer together. Uncomfortably close together.

I missed one thing in my above comment, I liked Chris getting into some real life circumstances, and talking about the problems of helicopters off airport. When he was discussing his three landings, and needing flat surface, I wish he would get more into that when they’re videos come out of their westward tour.

Cool video Trent! Your hospitality and willingness to share the adventure is commendable! I especially like anytime you fly Pyramid Lake as that was a big part of my growing up years with family outings, boating, swimming, and exploring. During my Nevada History class in high school we were allowed to do a dig in the caves on the East side of the lake and found a lot of early artifacts like remnants of baskets and such.Fond memories.

Formation between a helicopter and a fixed wing aircraft can be extremely dangerous -- the wake from the helicopter can be surprisingly strong. No foolin'!!

Hey Trent! I started watching your videos as a drone pilot and you inspired me to get my PPL. Just passed my checkride and have a bearhawk 5 kit on the way. Trying to learn backcountry flying ASAP. It would be a dream to go with you on your backyard circuit. A video on you sharing some knowledge and teaching a noob like me would be some great content too!

It's amazing how the desert will bloom into life after a bit of rain. I used to explore the desert in Saudi Arabia back in the 80's but with no mobile phones, no GPS and no official maps just grainy B&W aerial pics. However the fun was immense. The absolute best collab. Really glad you guys did this. I've watched all the big "video" KZfaqrs over the years. I'm sure y'all would know the names. But only discovered @beckiandchris because I watched Trent's channel and the algo recommended Becki and Chris because of the helicopter content. I've yet to find another channel that packages and presents such diversity in content in the way B&C does it. Keep up the great work Trent. I've discovered many other awesome flying channels by watching your content. Ppl like Mike Patey, Mike Ojo, Tucker Gott, all from watching you.

I got my PPL training in 152II Aerobats. It has something like +6G -4.5G and I had a ton of fun flying them (especially doing parabolas for weightlessness). *Except* on X-countries and in turbulence; then they weren't so much fun. Almost lost consciousness once from turbulence introducing my left temple to the top of the door frame. Had a goose egg and a black eye for a while after that, plus had to replace my headset. I'll be starting on my rotary add-on soon and I'll be wearing a helmet; no more head trauma, please.

I got OnX because of a shout out on here a few years ago. I even used it once at my family’s land up in the mountains to find our property line marker. We’d lost track of where it was after some trees blew down. It led me to within like 2 feet of it.

Awesome video! I fly both (Robinson helis and airplanes) and I’ve often though about either building a STOL plane or a helicopter for general/ personal use. I really enjoyed seeing both aircraft fly and land together off airport. Airplanes are definitely more bumpy on the hot days with thermals and gusty winds, but are much cheaper to operate and less fuel burn. I’m still deciding between the two platforms but I love the vid!
