TRES LECHES STRAWBERRY CREAM CAKE
1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup HAPPY BARN fresh milk
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
¼ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
Tres Leches:
¾ cup condensed milk
1/2 cup HAPPY BARN fresh milk
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup evaporated milk

authentic tres leches is a pound cake soaked in condensed, evap and dulce de leche milk... very sweet...and wet lol not my cup of tea but this chiffon version looks light and yummy

Last week I made cookies recipe’s from chef RV! It wasn’t perfect at first since I was using air fryer and it was my first time but the taste?? Ohh! It was amazing. I baked cookies again for my sisters absolutely loved it. Wipe out! What I love about Ched RV is the explanation! Feels like I am his student hehe. Clear explanations and fun to watch!!! ❤️❤️❤️
