Tres Leches Cake is a popular cake from Mexico which is made with three types of milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk and milk. This cake is soaked with flavor and is super moist and basically melts in the mouth. In this modified recipe, I have used whipping cream instead of evaporated milk.

Ingredients:
For base sponge cake:
4 Eggs
1/2 + 1/4 cup Sugar
6 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Maida
1 tsp Baking powder
pinch of Salt
Bake at 350 F /175 C for 25 min (9 inch pan)
In cooker it takes approximately 30 min on medium Low heat
For 3 Milk Layer:
1/2 cup whipping Cream
1/2 cup Condensed Milk
1 cup Milk
For Cream layer:
1.5 cup Whipping Cream
4 tbsp powdered Sugar
