Tres leches dessert
Today we are trying the world famous dessert with 3 milks or otherwise trileche (TRILECE -Tres leches cake). As the name of the recipe suggests, it includes cream, sweetened and fresh milk. Definitely worth a try.

RECIPES:
Ingredients
For cake
6 eggs
A little salt
200 g of sugar
2 vanillas
200 g of self-raising flour
For Caramel
200 g of sugar
100 g of butter
200 ml heavy cream
Milk
500 ml of milk
150 g of sweetened milk
150 ml heavy cream
Method
We start with the cake. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
Then, beat the egg whites with a little salt until they become a meringue.
Then in another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the vanilla, the flour and mix.
Then, incorporate the meringue gently with marise into the dough.
Place the mixture in a 32 cm pan with non-stick paper and bake it at 180 degrees Celsius, on the resistances for about 35 minutes.
When it turns brown, take it out and let it cool.
We continue with the caramel. Melt the sugar in a saucepan to make caramel. When it gets the color we want, add the butter and mix well.
Then, add the cream and leave to cool.
Mix the milk with the sweetened milk and the cream.
Then, unmould the cold sponge cake and pierce it with a skewer stick. Syrup with the milk and leave for 1 hour to infuse.
Finally, spread the warm caramel and serve.
