I have listened to this track on many occasions from different orchestras and i still have my head phones in and every one sounds absolutely stunning. Close your eyes and just listen. This sound track and film will be remembered for a long time . Bravo to all . Not a massive orchestra fan but this is outstanding.

This soundtrack/music is one of the reasons why The Last Of The Mohicans is my favorite movie. Number two reason: the scenery, beautiful location filming. Well, the story is epic also.

I am a Heavy Metal musican, I play guitar 6 & 7 string, bass guitar 4 & 5 string, drums 10 piece with dubble bass and dubble kicker's, and piano. I participated in the Nebraska Summer Music Olympics 3 years in a row. My first 2 years I won silver medals. My third year I won bronze. (12, 13, 14. yes old) I was a drummer in a death metal band named Promisqes (promiscues) which independently sold over 50,000 records with beta records. I was never an official member but over 2 years with the band, I played 3 shows and wrote a number of songs. I played 1 show on the metal fest tour in Colorado sprgs, co in front of 3,500 people. I also studied piano with a number of accredited college professes and teachers. One of whom was Dr. Rulon Christensian who was one of the organist's for the Mormon tabernacle choir. I just wanted to state my background and my love of heavy metal music. This music on this soundtrack truly is one of my most favorite classical pieces, and one of my most favorite pieces of music of all time.
