I thought we can sign out to switch local phone Apple ID's w/o loosing local photos & saved files. Such as having a personal and work ID. I don't use iCloud for photos / videos anyway. Saved to Mac Pro local drive. Not because it isn't good (it's brilliant) It just fills up too fast.
